Another Walmart where you expect more, but get much less. The selection of products is very modest, I found less than half of what I needed, of all the cashiers only one worked, because of which there was a huge line of 25+ people at the self-service checkouts.

Went to the jewelry department, and hit the button for a sales associate in order to purchase something. After 10 minutes, hit the button again and after 5 more minutes hit the button again. No sales associate turned up. In this time period at least four other customers were waiting for an associate. All of them left, including me. Must have been associate lunch break.

Customer service counter apparently not open for same hours as the store. There is no signage stating that customer service closes at 10 pm, but all of the employees state this. Wanted to return an item after work. Now I have to go to a different Walmart.

Worst Walmart. The 2 Spanish employees couldn't even speak English and yelled at my kid (in Spanish) until she cried at the toys area (Kid took the toy chair to sit and we put it back). Other than that, clean store

A review for Walmart ?. Long before people went viral for using the intercom to ask for help at Walmart, I did that. This Walmart is not known for having a lot of staff/employees readily available.

I went to the fitting room, and nobody was there to help me. Thankfully, this time the doors were actually unlocked and I could let myself in. Later, a couple of employees seemed put-off that myself and another customer didn't wait for them to show up.

But I found the clothes that I needed for a job at a restaurant. Slip resistant shoes, black pants in the size that I needed (which aren't easy to find. Large waste and short legs are hard to find in big box retail stores). The prices were good.

AND, there was somebody working at a register! We didn't need to use self checkout.

I went in to buy a calculator, that the website claimed was in stock. When I got in there, the aisle the website said is actually Halloween stuff. I asked an employee where the calculators were and he pointed me in the correct direction. The calculator was out of stock when I got there. I tried to ask an employee to check on stock levels, but they either were not able to understand my request or unwilling.

Out of stock, no big deal.

After, I decided that I need a phone charger as my phone was about to run out of batteries. I got two different kinds and a redbull and paid. I was not given a receipt for this transaction. I got out to the car and the charger I opened up was clearly used l, frayed, and defective. I brought it back in to the cashier that I had bought it from and let her know I needed a receipt, but she was either unable to understand me or unwilling to help and she pointed to customer service. Customer service then interrogated me over my lack of receipt until a person who i assume is a supervisor came over and yelled at her to do the return.

I ended up with a Walmart gift card for the interaction. The other cable doesn’t work either, and was clearly shoved back in the box without testing, but I’d rather eat the loss than deal with that store again.

Nothing about this interaction was positive, besides the initial employee who gave correct directions as he was walking away.

Shop somewhere else, you have options.

It was a great experience overall. I found everything I needed with ease, and the abundance of parking made the trip incredibly convenient. I went there specifically to purchase chocolate and toys, and I was delighted to find the best prices available. This Walmart stands out as unique compared to others I've visited. The store layout and ambiance are distinct, creating a pleasant shopping atmosphere. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly, approachable, and helpful, which significantly contributed to the excellent service. It’s clear that this Walmart prioritizes customer satisfaction, making it a place I would gladly return to for future shopping needs.
