I haven’t been to the shop itself but wanted to write a review about my online experience. Firstly they had a toy that was sold out everywhere else and once I placed the order it arrived within 3 days. I didn’t receive an email confirmation as it must have gone to my junk or been blocked but Julie was quick to email me back with the tracking details. This is why I always chose independent stores over big companies like Amazon. Will 100% shop here again and can’t wait to visit the store.

I'm so pleased I chose The Olive Branch to buy my Nephews birthday presents from. Living in New Zealand i usually have to send presents unwrapped to the UK but the wonderful ladies there offered to wrap the gifts before they were sent to him. I will be using this lovely shop for all my nephews gifts now as they really do go the extra mile. Thank you all, your a small business super team!⭐

The most wonderful little toy shop with such a great selection of thoughtful toys. Everything from Tiger Tribe to Galt to Lanka Kade! Not to mention the wonderful staff who are always delightful and helpful. It's a real gem.

Lovely independent toy shop with lots of unusual toys. Good range of prices either for gifts or for the kids to spend their pocket money. The staff were really friendly, chatted with kids, and happily recommended items to suit their budgets and ages. We'll definitely be back - don't think the kids will let us stay away!

This is a gem of a shop. The family friendly atmosphere, and, the super interaction with children of all ages is amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. My twin daughters were literally able to road test anything that caught their eye. The selection on offer is fabulous, these are not your everyday high street toys. Beautifully made toys with a real traditional feel. Perfect for everyday purchases and for finding that something special toy to treasure. Beautiful shop! Friendly, knowledgeable staff delivering outstanding customer service. A large range of toys, from pocket money treats to special birthday presents all at very competitive prices. Such an asset to our village. My children love visiting (as do I).
