Whimsical layout for a book lover. Lots of selections and could be lost there for hours. The outside was noticeable with red signs. The inside was fun. Used selections all over the place, which is nice. Parking was a bit tricky.

WOW was I blown away by this place. A burgeoning reader (late bloomer), I find myself particularly drawn to bookstores and libraries these days. I find a sense of peace there, surrounded by knowledge and entertainment and others seeking it out in their private way. This place is near where I work so I notice it often and, after dining nearby, I had to stop in. After browsing around, it's hard for me to imagine anything they don't have. The main level is impressive enough, but they have a lower level that just keeps going and going. Filled with books new and old, DVDs, CDs, and I think I even saw a few vinyl records, I'm confident you'll find something you like here. The staff is incredibly nice as well. Thanks Prospero!

Such a wonderful bookstore with very friendly service! Classic titles in many different subjects. Neat, relaxing spaces in which to browse and read. Chill vibe from both patrons and the space. Cool t-shirts are available as well.

This place was so cute! I don’t know if I just couldn’t find the romance book section or if it’s just small but next time I will try again. So much to look at. 3 floors STUFFED with books. If you like book stores THIS is the place to stop!

Such a VIBE!!! The amount of selections and the 3 stories of books to look through is incredible. This is a must stop if you love a unique used bookstore.

Great vibes! Can find a lot of books. Also love the Psychic readings located above the store! She’s there Saturdays 1-5 and I’ve been following her around. She’s Amazing. Very genuine AND SPOT ON. Crazy how so many things have manifested after her readings. Love Janet!

This was a great little bookstore. They have books of all genre's and there's definitely something for everyone. The wood floor, the old building, it was a step back in time for sure. The ladder to climb up to find a book was pretty cool. I didn't know there was a 3rd story or I would have gone up and looked around. This store sits in a busy but quaint shopping area, old historic homes, close to KU Med, and a walk friendly neighborhood. Parking was easy to find right down the street.
I managed to find a few books that were reasonably priced and affordable. But most of the genre I was looking at that day were way over priced. I'll be back looking for bargains and affordability. If you're looking for an out of the way bookstore to find something unique I'd definitely recommend them.

If you’re looking for cool bookstore vibes this is the place! Honestly this is one of the coolest bookstores I’ve ever been to. I definitely recommend coming here even if it’s just to browse. The prices are pretty reasonable though not all the books I looked at were marked where I could find the price or read it clearly. We picked up some fun books that we are excited about. The selection was more on the antique side which is really nice but if you’re looking for newer stuff you may not find it
