I have wasted SOOOO much time trying to figure out how to cancel this subscription. When I have tried to cancel they tell me they will give me a "free" month for my time but then they don't cancel - they continue to bill after that "free month". This happened twice. I expressly told them I wanted to cancel at the end of the "free month" and was assured that yes I would only have use of the site for through then end of the "free period". Their phone # no longer works... just tells you to email them at *** ... which I have done repeatedly in several attempts to cancel. No one has ever responded to my email requests. They're "cancellation policy" directs you nowhere... Billing Portal does not exist anywhere. Meanwhile they're charging $197 every single month! Not to mention that they have posted nothing since april of 2023 on my social media. TOTAL SCAM and ILLEGAL! I have disputed with credit card company in hopes someone can help me stop this illegal bleeding. they say there is nothing they can really do to help

I really liked the service for several years but now they are using a different program or appear to have merged with another company.

Now I am trying to cancel my subscription and it is impossible to reach anyone.

In the past I could set a one to one appointment but I can find that either

Will need to make a complaint with my local bank in order to disconnect automatic charges

Press Like has done an outstanding job. All the ads are original and custom posting is always done the next day. I aways have people compliment me on how professional and original the ads are on my page. I would definitely recommend this company if you want to stand out on social media. They never post the same information twice and Customer service is impeccable.

Updating my previous review. I received a personal phone call from Rachel (I think that was her name). She was very apologetic, offered me a good solution and had me set up with my account access within a few minutes.

If customer service continues on this level, I will gladly stay with PressLike, as their content is definitely relevant and professional looking. I haven't had to think about my social media posts outside of the usual stuff for quite some time.

Absolutely terrible. They went from a solid 5 star company, to a one-star company. Something happened. They must have lost their design team and it all went down hill from there. No consistency. Poor quality results. Suddenly no way to contact staff for issues. Issues with canceling my account. And a sudden influx of ex-employees calling me trying to get me to switch away from this company. It’s all weird. Avoid at all costs.

This company makes it impossible to cancel your account. I had to call relentlessly and leave numerous repeat messages for a call back for weeks. I finally heard from someone after sitting on the phone for hours.

Yemi, the rep responsible for canceling my account mocked me on the call after I made it clear I didn't want my account saved. She then proceeded to tell me they don't provide cancellation confirmation e-mails because customers don't read them. I won't be using or recommending this companies services in the future.

Press Like has the best customer service EVER hands down! Dawn was very helpful in getting my social accounts set up for Facebook and Instagram. I love that Press Like manages and post real trendy, unique content to my social business pages five times per week! Their art design graphics are very professional postings with a very warm, personable touch to them. I absolutely recommend this company!!!!

I've been trying to cancel for weeks now. They keep posting the wrong company on my page and I'm getting fines from my association. When I call, I am on hold forever and never have been able to talk anyone to fix the issue. Its correct in my dashboard, but they keep posting that I'm with a different company.... They make is SO hard to cancel. They won't cancel through email and there's no way to cancel in the dashboard. You HAVE to call.. I'm sitting on hold again now and have been for 30 mins already!
