we were on 9 /28 and 9/29 weather wasnt great and we were the food truck for horror con and everyone was wonderful at bldg K and the vendors inside were great and the guests from horror movies and special effects people on historic movies gr8 and jars was giving away gr8 goodie bags . funkitupfries has these great cups with straws ( skeletons or pumpkins ) and we add " vampire blood aka kool aid " with our monster mash special # yum

Drove 30 minutes to pick to my books today. I arrived during advertised open hours. All doors are locked. My class starts Monday. This is very disappointing.

Mike was SUPER helpful, thorough, and kind. I appreciate everything he did to help me process a refund from last semester. The new student from Brasil is also super friendly and nice. I appreciate both team members for being so courteous.

I have always had friendly service from the staff. It is much more convenient to get my supplies for classes from the campus bookstore than trying outside sources. The rental program is easy to check in and out, and even the used books are in better condition than I expected!
The one thing I would suggest for improvement is: better instructions for working with financial aid. Although that may be more of an issue with the FA office after all.

Place is a joke that doesn't care about students with jobs. I can NEVER get in here since I work banker hours. I think it's awesome they close and 4 or 5 when there's classes the start at 6.

Didn't contact or cancel me about my book rental being out of stock. I had to call up there. When I get I there no one greeted me. I went to the book order counter the black lady didn't look at her computer and gave me an attitude. She didn't greet me either. Then the guy I had to deal with acted like he didn't care. This is the second time I've got a bad customer from this place. These people who work here need to work on their customer service skills. They are terrible. The prices are too high also.
