Beautiful, clean, and friendly! Great prices This! This was my first time visiting the Liberty University campus for my graduation ? and this was our first stop. I had not reserved a cap and gown by April 23rd and could not find any cap and gown for a masters program in navy blue on any website! We arrived after driving 9 hours to be greeted by friendly staff who cared, were fast, and friendly. I am in awe of this university and this amazing bookstore. I am so grateful for Jerry Falwell Sr.'s dream of having this university. #highlyrecommend

We were traveling home to South Carolina from Boston and stopped by. My wife is in their Doctorate in Education program with a May 2025 graduation date. We just wanted to check the campus out. It is beautiful there.

I love it here! It's always so clean and quiet. It is a great place to grab a Starbucks and relax for a few. There is no shortage of merchandise for sale. I absolutely love it!!!

I’m a parent of a Liberty student, and in the future I won’t buy anything from the bookstore unless we’re forced to. I’m not sure if people who work there are not competent, if their system is just dis functional, or if they are outright lying. The issues started with buying her books for the first semester. I have a backup credit card number with the initial
Order even though we were using book dollars. They sent an email saying the book dollars were used up, so we needed to submit a payment for the order to go through. I submitted the credit card information, only to discover upon arriving at the bookstore that they had completely canceled the order. Of course, this involved waiting in long lines to figure out as it was a couple days before classes started and having to buy all new books since no used ones were left. Other parents said this was happening to them too.

And if you’re buying a background check from them, please buy using the online link and not in person at the bookstore on campus!! My daughter bought a background check, only to discover that the package they sold her was not one where she could get fingerprints at Liberty. She had gotten an email from American Databank about the order, and set up an account with them that showed the order and everything. When she called American Databank, they directed her back to the bookstore saying her payment was pending. They wanted a receipt, so she went to the bookstore to try to find their records. They told her multiple times they had no record of her having bought it and no way of finding it. Finally when she gave them the order number from the account she had set up on the American Databank website showing that she did indeed have an order, they miraculously located her order on the background check records. But they said they couldn’t find her name with American Databank, and therefore she needed to finish setting up her account. She has an account and I looked it over and it looked as set up as possible to me.

She has a full class schedule, and this has been the most frustrating part of her first semester at Liberty. She has spent hours talking and emailing people to no avail and has been in tears several times over this. She still doesn’t have it and I don’t know if she’ll be able to get it in time to meet her requirements.

Have a wonderful time there at CFAW, college for a weekend, my son Daniel was touring the campus with some friends, we were treated very well and enjoyed all the interactions with staff and students, loved the snowboard park, mountain bikes, chapel experience, amazing concerts from school of music ensembles!! ... and touring the beautiful campus
