Unfortunately worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Bars are 50/50 . Very unique yes. Does this mean because it’s a unique bar, that it’s good? Nope. Some are unbelievably disgusting. The chocolate seems a lot lower quality with incorrect snap when eating. I’m somewhat a chocolate snob but still learning but as I’ve explored the ones like Compartes sadly seem to be all flash but not substance .

We placed our order on the website and selected in-store pickup. We bought several bars as gifts and I was hoping to get a few more while at the store but it was closed. Apparently they have been closed for 3 years, I wish they would have made that clear because I could have bought all of the bars upfront and had them shipped. They're website displays a nice show room with bars everywhere and there is no mention of it being closed so I felt let down by this. Also I called several times with no answer ? -- including when I arrived to get my order. When you get there you're supposed to call and they will bring it to your car. Again, no idea until I got there and paid for parking across the street. Overall customer service could be better.

The peanut butter eggs were absolutely amazing! The absolute best I have ever tasted and dreaming of having more. The bars are gorgeous and taste incredible. These are the gift to give everyone, hostess, teachers or friends birthdays! Doesn’t get any better!

This is what $78 dollars worth of chocolate looks like when it’s delivered. I sent these same photos to customer service at Compartes and never heard back. Customer service seems to be non-existent as evidenced by other reviews and my own experience.

The absolute BEST chocolates I have ever had in my life. My mom LOVED her early Valentine's Day gift! Worth the extra $$ for high quality ingredients and overall design. Would recommend to anyone looking for a perfect gift for Valentine's Day or any special occasion!
