I like the Dr's here, except they do not follow up with you. And I can never get through here on the phone to schedule an appt. I try first thing in the morning, and noone picks up. On and on. It's truly a nightmare. I will be forced to switch my primary Dr. for these reasons. And I have been coming here for many years. Now that I am almost 65, I feel I need better care.

My grandparents has been going to Dr.Li’s office for couple months now and everything has been great, but the blood pressure is hard to control so I understand. The office has always been very clean. There is always a plenty of chairs to sit unlike other medical places. However the wait time is pretty long. Dr.Li seems to be very busy every time we go. There are plenty of booklets to read while waiting for Dr.Li and I’ll learn something new each time I go there. Haha.

Staff is always nice, and Dr. LI is always so kind and understanding. She definitely knows her job. I am very happy with her as my Dr. for over 4 years now. Only issue- they NEVER answer their phones, and I mean ALL DAY, EVERY DAY. I have to reschedule an appointment and have literally left three messages while they should be right there in the office and still, NOBODY EVER, AND I MEAN FOR THE LAST 4 YEARS, they have not ever answered a phone call. It's crazy.

This is a review for Dr. Wen Wu, who works in Dr. Li's practice. It is only for Dr. Wu since I have not seen Dr. Li.

Dr. Wu is caring and helpful. Anytime I come to her office, I leave with more information about my health and simple recommendations to improve. I have been incredibly pleased by her knowledge AND bedside manner. She answers my questions thoroughly and takes her time with me. I feel like I am in very good hands with Dr. Wu.

Now - to the front desk staff. I have found the staff to be helpful and courteous. When I call they answer the phone, or if they are busy they will actually call me back from a voicemail. When I needed a referral, the staff worked efficiently and was able to get it to me very quickly.

So ling cares about her patients and listens to what you need and helps her patient. So ling saved me from a bad situation for my health. I feel a lot better I appreciate her and her staff if your looking for a good doctor give so ling a shot!!!

Dr Li it’s an excellent Dr. I been going to her for 10 years. She treated me over the phone when I had COVID and couldn’t get out of bed. I was very sick. She treated me, sent all the right prescriptions to my pharmacy and I didn’t have to go to the hospital. I am very thankful. She also diagnose me and treated me on several occasions when I got sick. Wile at her office, a few years ago, she sent me to the hospital accompanied by one of her nurses. She called the ER and when I arrived they were waiting for me. She even visit me the next day to follow up on me. I moved and I drive almost two hours to see her. I recommended her to family and friends . She’s very busy and you have to wait long time when you go to your appointment. I know it’s worth my time. I read some bad reviews and I totally disagree . She’s very personal and take her time to understand what is wrong. She’s not God, she’s a Doctor. And she’s a good one!.

She is the first doctor to actually treat me correctly for when it came to my sinus infections. And I love how she gives you other options, holistically as well.

I had been going to Dr. Li for 10 years or maybe more. If you are not sick, she's ok. But if you are sick, she will try to guess what do you have with no test to corroborate. I am in my 50s now, and I just think I will have to look for another Dr. She made 2 wrong diagnostics on me, and that resulted in me being sick for months.. One of her assistants that answers the phone does not speak fluent English and on top of that she tried to make a diagnostic instead of taking a note for the doctor to review. They do not call you with your lab results. The waiting is hours, at least 2, to see her. Before it was worth it , no anymore.
