Order of two 'new' books (encyclopedias) arrived with the covers roughly ground/torn off to show the board inside in multiple areas. Both very scratched too like they've been dragged over a rough floor. The packaging was fine and it's clear they've sent these out in this condition. With the damage, there would have been no way to miss it when packing them. I've emailed multiple emails and their social media multiple times to arrange a return and I've been ignored. Would not recommend.

Just received my order. What a brilliant company who value their customers and make everything so easy. After I'd placed my order I realised that auto fill hadn't copied my full address but after one email they sorted the problem speedily. Brilliant service and highly recommended

I ordered about 20 books, they arrived 2 days later. Very fast delivery. Good prices, even with the shipping I had to pay less than usual. Packaging could be a little better, some arrived (not that bad) damaged. But overall I had a good experience.

I hardly ever order from abroad these days due to the fact that nowadays the shipping prices are quite high. However, I decided to give it a go because the box set I wanted was quite cheap. Considering the fact that I ordered from overseas the delivery time was just 5 days! I'm extremely satisfied with books4people and I will definitely order from them again someday.

12/10! I was sceptical at first because of the great prices and 1000+ incredible reviews but it’s all true. Ordered after midnight of Thursday, came early morning Saturday - I did not pay for the fast shipping option. Because their prices are by far the cheapest on the market I thought the books would come second hand or with faults but they’re all perfect. No faults. I am still surprised at the fact they offer the best prices, massive range of books and essentially next day delivery on the free shipping option. If you need any books these are your people & your new go too’s.

Have heard about this company before, but I made my first order after a Google search of certain books.
Literally it can be 45% less or more in price comparing to high street book shops. Same books, new condition, discounted price. Amazing deals.
I bought 6 books for my nephews and saved ££.
Delivery took less than 3 days with Royal Mail.
