Cannot recommend this place enough. The booksellers are so friendly, welcoming and give SUPERB recommendations. Lots of pretty things to look at. My only regret is spending a ridiculous amount of money on pin badges (necessary).

Lovely little queer bookshop on the Southside with a good range of books. Staff were friendly and chatted with me about my purchase. Would highly recommend anyone interested in LGBTQ+ lit

Did you know you could come here for queer-friendly celebration cards, e.g. Mr & Mr, Mx & Mx or Mrs & Mrs wedding cards or "congrats on coming out" greeting cards? I had no idea, and it's been really hard finding these in other stores!

Very friendly staff, happy to direct us to book recommendations. I even managed to get a plus size binder here for free via the prepaid scheme which was a much needed bit of hope amongst some difficult times, had no idea that was something offered by Category Is.

An absolute joy to visit! This queer bookshop is full of amazing reads, and staff are very knowledgeable and can recommend if needed. I loved that it is very connected to the community. Carries on the tradition of queer-themed pins and zines as well. Well worth a visit! Can't wait to go back.

A beautiful shop and a lovely community space. Plenty on offer including zines, non-fiction, children's books, badges, patches, and more!
