The place is filthy and smells really badly. I really doubt it gets cleaned often, the blankets used were sticky and smelly - Really surprised at all the 5 stars. The masseuse left twice while doing the massage because she was treating someone at the same time. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I've been coming here every Wednesday for a half an hour deep tissue massage with Shirley or Helen for over a year now. They're professional, extremely friendly and lovely ladies and I always leave feeling refreshed for the week. I wouldn't be able to live without their services!!

Amazing! Amazing customer service first of all - they stayed open past their closing time in order to fit me in as I was in a lot of pain. This was the second time I have visited Energy, and I had the same masseuse as the first time. She knew exactly what to do, and really helped me with my pain. I had a mixture of deep tissue massage and acupuncture focusing on my back. The next day my pain had reduced by at least half both times. I will be revisiting again shortly in order to deal with all of my back issues - I train a lot and need to get regular massages for recovery and to prevent injury. But would also recommend to anyone with any sort of issues! Thank you ❤️

A gentle and understanding ear for the problems you might be facing with your body.

Mine was with the neck and shoulders. She easily identified the issue and recommended a solution.

My experiences at Energy is always wonderful in terms of care, treatment and welbeing. Shelley and Helen specifically work to eac client's need. They ask questions to discover
the source of the problem before delivering the individual treatment. Its a full service with very caring and experienced staff who make you feel very well looked after.
Even the beauty treatments are always a treat.
