Rebecca is a phenomenal massage therapist who understands the body and knows how to relieve pain through guasha and acupressure. Every time I come I feel cared for and listened to.

Pls save your money and time and DO NOT go to this shady place. My husband and I went for a 30 min foot reflexology. Paid 70 pounds for two random women walking in in heels simply rubbing our feet, not knowing what they were doing and constantly talking to each other THE WHOLE TIME. Forcing my husband to tip them at the end, he gave some and they tried to hold his butt asking for more ( clearly they weren’t just masseuse.) HORRIBLE place. ZERO customer service. This place is a joke. They’re a cheat

This is a chain and I wonder why they have so many outlets around the Chinatown area. I passed by a few of the outlets on a Friday evening but most were quite empty. I went to another outlet but doing a review here as this outlet might get the most footfall.

As a Chinese, this is not the service I am used to. I have gone to much better tuina places outside of London/UK. Very unsatisfied with what I got at Everwell.

1) Upon entry, the staff look at you as if you’re not welcomed there.

2) I arranged to do a 30mins foot/leg massage, the masseur came and we walked to another outlet to have the massage. I was wearing long pants so had to take them off during the session but they don’t provide shorts for customers who are unable to roll up their pants? I happened to be wearing a tight pants which made a lot more sense to take them off for her to reach my calves which were achy after walking a lot. Moreover the door was not closed during the session, so anyone who walked past could’ve seen me bottomless, a total lack of privacy!

3) The massage itself was not satisfactory. I told her where my pain points were but she barely focused on them and did what was comfortable for her.

4) Slightly after the 20min mark, she started to “round up” the massage and had signs she was going to end. Ok maybe for a 60min or 90min massage, wrapping up 10mins before the session ends is alright. But for a 30min session, every minute is precious. And I barely got to relax at all as she was trying to sell me the acupuncture services they had, saying I could do acupuncture after the massage ends. I had to tell her it wasn’t 30mins yet.

2 stars because they delivered what was advertised - reflexology and there were pain points that were addressed albeit not enough.

All in all, not a pleasant experience at all and I won’t be going back. Avoid at all costs.

Total scam. I went there with a severe ache. They prescribed acupunture and I paid in Advance. I was given the treatment with no result (even afterwards). The lady then suggested a massagge adding Money. I was treated with no empathy at all and no professionality. The ache got even worse afterwards

This store is amazing, I have passed by here before when I had a stomach ache and the doctor took away my pain by simply massaging a few points with her hands. I often come here when I am not feeling well physically and emotionally in London. Recommended.

Dr Shen is a miracle worker. A couple of years ago he managed to unfreeze my shoulder when I was told I needed surgery. Recently I had a very bad leg problem which no one else could help me with and after seeing Dr Shen and taking the Chinese medicines I cannot believe how much better I am.

dont let the good comments cheat you. This shop is actually a hanky panky massage shop. After my husband refused to use "happy ending" services, the massuer performed poorly. My massuer kept talking to others on the phone all the time to arrange other massuer. They even didnt fell/say any sorry. Very very poor attitude while the price is not cheap (abt 70gbp/1hour). Super disappointed and had very bad impression about chinese medicine business

I visited the Shaftsbury location on 19 July for a "traditional" 60min Chinese massage (no oil); it was terrible!
The masseuse didn't have a clue what she was doing; I question whether she had had any formal training, aside from her loud yawns.
Despite the apparent appearance of a legit medical centre, I was asked with 20 minutes remaining what she should focus on and whether I wanted a "happy ending."
A waste of money and time!!
