Everyone is always so nice and helpful except for the girl with the mustache. I’ve been a student at Dade for undergrad and now pursuing my second degree and she’s always had a nasty attitude.

The people that works here They have a very bad attitude, they don't do anything possible to help you, they just tell you that they have no options and that they can't do anything and they tell you everything in a bad way, they don't give you information, much less someone or a place that can help you. I still can't get my class books.

Todos los empleados que me han tocado son muy amables, excepto por una señora que me dijo su nombre es Cecilia. Su servicio al cliente es de lo peor que me ha tocado y trata a los estudiantes como si estuviéramos obligándola a estar ahí, todo lo quiere hacer rápido y no te da soluciones. Para ella nunca hay solución, ni te facilita la información necesaria.

Solo ella es así, ya que tengo 1 año asistiendo a este campus, y todos los demás son muy amables y serviciales.

This place is horribly mismanaged. I was a this location trying to get books for my daughter. We were waiting in line for almost an hour an a half. The employees handling the book vouchers looked robotic and preoccupied. Several other employees were behind the register talking and joking around with the cashiers. I asked for the manager and was told her name was Cecelia but no one could find her for us. Disgraceful. Staff needs to work on their communication as well as their customer service skills. In the future, I will definitely try to find my daughter's books and supplies elsewhere.1/14/19 UPDATE-I had to return to this bookstore once again for my daughter's books for her new semester and must say I was dreading the experience. However, this time, I was pleasantly surprised at the service we received from a young lady named Stephanie who was friendly and extremely helpful. In the interest of fairness, I have to compliment this employee for going "above and beyond" to help us. Thanks Stephanie! I wanted to tell her manager how professional and helpful Stephanie was but we were still unable to locate her.

The place is clean. During the begin of a semester, you're going to deal with having to hand over your bags to the employees so you don't still expensive books...I wouldn't blame anyone. To shop here you have to be on top of what I times you want. Also, if you don't like waiting in line find out what times are least crowded. It's all in your hands.

The cashier was very helpful and nice. She was that only one at the register with a line and provided assistance to everyone very customer friendly and taking time to answer questions. #IAMMDC

I bought a book (used) almost a week ago. I really needed it for my class. I was waiting for the confirmation to picked it up and nothing. I called them, no one answered. I sent email and it was forwarded to someone else and nothing. I went to the store and after 40 minutes I was told that the book was not there and luckily would arrive between Monday and Friday.
Employees are polite but couldn't solve my problem. Will end up with two books (the used one whenever arrives and the new one that I had to buy to get into class).
Bought it there because I though that I was going to be faster than ebay or Amazon. Don't buying books at this store again.
