Such a delightful little bookstore - friendly book sellers + a small coffee shop within. If you find yourself in Hellerup - certainly worth a visit.

It appears that all the books are English - versions intended for U.S. or U.K. markets which is quite fun as there’s a healthy mix of book cover editions from both markets as opposed to one or the other which you find in each respective country.

The books are ~25% more expensive than what you’d find in the U.S. or U.K. but I suppose that’s the expected premium of an English bookstore in Scandinavia.

A very good English book store in Copenhagen. Cozy and friendly staff here. You can ask anything about books or writers from them and they will recommend you a right one.

Also I dm the store 4 days before asking about a book I’ve been looking for a week and they kept it for me. Thank you so much.

Really brilliant bookshop with really friendly and knowledgeable staff, who always have a book to recommend.
As an added bonus if you sign up to their mailing list, they let you know about key book publications and they will pre-order for you.
They also host interesting events with authors and many bookclubs.

Small bookshop with carefully selected books. You can browse extensively there and drink delicious coffee at the same time. Very friendly staff. I can highly recommend the place!

I was looking all over for an English bookstore in Copenhagen and as soon as I walked in I knew I had found what I was looking for. The rich smell of books pervades the shop, instantly putting me at ease as I strolled along the shelves. There is a great selection of a wide range of books, (I found most English shops to be much more topical e.g. a strong focus on politics or art, etc., and you’re sure to find something to read any time you visit.

The staff are very friendly and the book selection is remarkable. As they often change what is on the shelf, you will not always see the same popular books as in other shops.

An English bookstore like no other in Copenhagen with the best customer service and delicious coffee. They are always ready to help with recommendations for books. The 3 day delivery is very convenient and you always seem to leave the place with a smile on your face.
