It's so great to have an excellent independent bookshop right here in the neighborhood! Friendly, great selection & they will order book if they don't have them. Lots of fun activities going on--it's truly a community resource!

this store is lovely - the books are great but i actually come for the yarn selection and cute gifts. everyone is so kind and helpful, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. definitely recommend if you like supporting small businesses!

I am a big fan of my local bookstore, The Bookmark Shoppe. They have a wonderful selection of books for children and adults, as well as the best kids' gifts and beautiful gift wrapping. They also offer a variety of events, such as toddler story time with crafts, writing classes, and book talks. In addition, they host special events, including book signings. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they are always happy to make recommendations. I highly recommend The Bookmark Shoppe to anyone who loves books.

Small business that is amazing. If you don't know what you want when you go in, they will absolutely help you... There's something for everyone in this little shop. Also has a ton of book signings every year!

This place is a gem! A friendly staff member assisted me in selecting a book for my friend. Everything is well organized and they even have a staff picks section. There are also a variety of other items including tote bags, candles, notebooks, pens, and yarn available as well. I'll definitely be back to purchase more books and gifts for friends and family!

The place is heaps of fun to browse with a lot of interesting books. I especially enjoyed perusing the section with books about the local area—picked up a book about Bay Ridge by a local journalist. They also sell fun tote bags. The staff is also friendly and accommodating.

Great neighborhood bookstore with wide selection. Owner is personable as well as staff. They are all well read and can give book recommendations whenever you need one. I have not been steered wrong yet by their recommendations!

Erin and her crew are very attentive & polite. It's such a pleasant experience visiting this store. My wife buys a book (or more) per week so we frequently visit. There's a children's section dedicated to the rear of the store and most of the front has all sorts of genres. It's refreshing to have a small business present in a family friendly neighborhood to purchase literature and other knick knacks on a local level. I highly encourage to bring business here than Amazon!
