I hadn't been here in years but was surprised when I visited today. So many good quality items and a wide variety of products beyond textbooks and Husker apparel. The market area has also leveled up with what they carry. Any item with an "N" on it is still pretty pricey, but that's true for any licensed product. Glad I visited and snagged a Lululemon x UNL belt bag. Also got 10% off it by signing up for their email newsletter. ?

What la-la-la-LOUSY service! Terrible customer communications; no one ever answers emails or the phone. After waiting for help, I just ordered the item I was interested in and it was a complete bust. The online description was not anywhere near correct. Then I get to pay the return postage and of course, I lose out on the out-bound postage, too, because that's deducted from my refund. If you're looking for Big Red gear, then stick with Best of Big Red or some other vendor. Buyer beware at the UNL online bookstore; don't expect any service from them!

After one week, the manager stepped up and refunded me some of the postage, so I changed it to three stars for effort. At least they are now aware of the problem.

Love UNL and all things Huskers. Be careful ordering online. Website misleads- you believe you are ordering something that is in stock, in store- then afterwards find out it is back ordered or takes a week to ship. Then staff is very offended if you try to cancel the order. Bizarre response to what should be a simple transaction.

Great store, right next to food court where students are studying.
Was a bit difficult to find, and parking was impossible, but this was on a day where school was in session.
Very reasonable prices, but not too many options, I was able to find a close to perfect sweater.

The oldest lady is very aggressive for no reason whatsoever. I was mistaken and the lady was very aggressive and rude to me while the other workers were nicely explaining what happened. I don’t know her name but she seems unhappy you should probably work at the DMV if you’re this unhappy. The mistake was a late book too. So don’t buy here id rather burn my money than spend my money here

The bookstore is big and has so much useful stuff for your college experience. Obviously the books are essential and they pay them out well. Prices aren't actually usually that crazy, nothing compared to what people made me think college books would cost. They have dorm items to help keep you organized, entertained and at home in your new on campus home. Plus they have all the husker gear you could need to fit in. For book orders I would recommend ordering online and just picking up so you know you have the right materials. I love shopping in the bookstore!

Well designed. Checkout could have been a bit faster as the employee wasn't moving at a pace fast enough to keep up with the line of people. May have been new at the job, that's why I still gave 5 stars......
