Was lucky to find this comfortable bnb in the lovely village of Staveley. Anne is an exceptional host, friendly + knowledgeable + provides delicious Cumbrian breakfast. She is very warm + welcoming person.|My attic room was very clean, well equiped with such a comfortable bed. The cottage is situated in a quiet area just off the A591, parking is free outside propery. Access to South Lakes + beyond very easy. Stronly recommend.

This felt like a proper getaway. Highly recommended for anyone exploring the Southern part of the Lake District.

The house was lovely and was spotlessly clean and comfy. Anne was very accommodating and wonderfully nice and provided a fantastic breakfast.

Put 4 stars for location based purely on the limited options for lunch and dinner within Stavely itself but Anne was able to recommend a nice pub which did provide us with a nice meal.

We stayed in the twin room with en suite. Cosy and clean room in a perfect location to explore local area of Windermere, Ambleside and Kendal. Anne is a fabulous host who makes you feel very welcome and cooks and excellent breakfast! So glad we found this little gem for our weekend away in the Lake District.

I was overwhelmed by the welcome from Anne. She made me feel right at home for the entire duration of my visit. Taking time to chat and make sure I had everything, also pointing me in the direction of great places to eat for dinner. If you need a guest house in this area please give Anne a call, I know I will in the future. Thank you Anne.

We recently stayed at Li’lle Hullets during a ramble along the Dales Way. The rooms and en-suite were immaculately cleaned and well maintained. Anne was extremely helpful during our overnight stay, even providing us with umbrellas to walk to the village for our evening meal.||||The next day we decided to re-arrange our walk and Anne provided a map and guide book to a local high point. This walk provided a magnificent view over Morecombe Bay and the Lake District. ||||Li’lle Hullets is a great place to visit to experience the natural wonderment of the Lake District. Anne is very friendly owner and catered to all our needs during our stay. We would highly recommend a visit.

My friend and I have just spent three days at Li'le Hullets as part of our cycling break and found our experience to be most enjoyable. Anne ( with an e) was very accommodating. She couldn't do enough for us. Her house is lovely and quirky adorned by interesting collections and features from a bygone age. Facilities are as good as any leading B&B's but for a fraction of the price. She presents a really diverse breakfast table and cooked breakfast is delicious. Thank you so much Anne for a lovely stay. Anne is a lovely host. The rooms are clean and characterful and the cottage is full of history (it’s 400 years old!). The beds were really comfortable and the bathrooms offer everything you need (shampoo, shower gel, conditioner…). I stayed in the attic room which was lovely :). Do call Anne if you’ve booked with Booking.com to confirm your booking with her as I know that the website has been causing her issues.

We booked with Lil Hullets B&B for an over night stay because of the great reviews and boy we were not disappointed. Ann is just the most accommodating host we have met. Nothing was too much trouble and the accommodation has everything you need and what you may have also forgotten too, Ann has it. ||We stayed in the Attic room which was very comfortable and quaint with a private bathroom. ||Staverly a small rural village hosts the Hawkshead Brewery Food Hall. A 10 min walk from the B&B and is absolutely worth the visit. Fantastic selection of cask ales and the food was absolutely delicious. Also just outside the accommodation is the 555 bus route which takes you to Kendal, Windermere. We travelled by bus to the Watermill Brewery Inn, just 3 mins or a 20 min walk. Fabulous food and great choice of their ales too. ||Thank you Ann for an enjoyable stay, your home is clean, friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed your great full English breakfast.
