What a wonderful, relaxing spa! The staff is wonderful! They are always so welcoming and make you feel like you're at home. The services are great and very well priced. Amongst the many services, my favorite is the laser hair removal. Very effective and pain free. I will definitely be returning!

I absolutely love this med-spa! I have been a customer for more than 3 years and I continue to come back, even after moving away. They have recently gained new staff. My husband and I recently went in for facials and felt so rejuvenated afterwards. My husband even fell asleep!! A friend of mine recently had laser genius and enjoyed the results. I sent my Aunt for a massage and a facial and she also fell asleep during both procedures! She looked so renewed and relaxed when I picked her up, it made me make another appointment to go back! 🙂 My husband and I also had fantastic results with the laser hair removal. Looking forward to my next appointment! Highly recommend! Staff is kind, welcoming, attentive, highly skilled, and always professional!

Won't go any where else, the staff is very professional and knowledgeable... I have been to this spa several times receiving laser hair removal treatments with Caryn. I always receive a reminder call from Christine, the spa coordinator, one day prior to my appointments and if I need to reschedule she is always accommodating. I have had no adverse reactions to the Cool Glide laser that is used and am glad I found an aesthetician well versed in this laser, as it is perfect for my skin complexion, I've had no burns and great results!

Christine is the front desk lady and Vanessa is my esthetician (she is super awesome). Christian has a great dedication on working with clients on setting up appointments. For the last five to six years I've been dealing with razor bumps, in-grown hairs, inflammation, and hyperpigmentation from shaving. I came to Jai Li as a last resort, not knowing what to expect. I've just finished my third procedure and I couldn't be happier with the results. My skin is no longer irritated and it has cleared up tremendously. I would recommend this procedure to anyone in a similar situation.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this spa. We went here for laser hair removal and they don't even have a good laser hair machine . Me and my daughter went here to get treatments done and we spent much more than the package price because this place claims that you have to continue with the treatments forever. We have gotten laser treatments before at another place and we never had to go back past 8-10 treatments because the hair was completely treated by then. We noticed that as we went past 8 treatments that hair is not even reduced and hair started growing in other places heavily. When we went back to contact the office manager she denied that this is their fault. Mind you we never went anywhere else before this spa for laser hair treatments. Their office manager lacks professionalism and customer service skills. I don't think these people here have a clue about services done by a medical spa or how to even run a medical spa. This is a waste of money. Please save yourself the time and save your money and go to a dermatologist for any treatment. Don't let these fake medical spas make business out of you. They're dishonest and the quality of their service is so low.

Jai Li is the ultimate zen experience! I am from Miami and so many spas here just don’t have the esthetic appeal you expect. And, I love the privacy of this spa location! Christine is so wonderful and has a beautiful spirit, as she makes you feel so welcomed! Carin is an esthetician who listens to her clients and is the best in her field! I will definitely be back.
