My partner and I enjoyed a couples massage here with a booking 30 minutes prior and received excellent customer service and attention when we arrived. The prices are extremely reasonable. I am comparing the service to what I expect in the Baltimore Washington Metro area. Nothing fancy to look at, however the service & massage was A+. I highly recommend Li's and will absolutely be a repeat customer. Thank you so much for the relaxing massage Li's.

Karen was awesome! I've had a few over time in Ohio and this was the best ever! She worked out all the pain in all areas and was very receptive to pressure changes. I feel so much better and was a great find. I will definitely be back!

Been having back and shoulder issues the last few years. My brother suggested I try massage therapy at li’s where he had been helped with similar problems. Though skeptical, I gave it a shot. Surprised to have experienced a significant reduction in my chronic pain as a result. Karen’s deep massage works wonders. She is very professional and the facility is clean and comfortable. Been there three times now. Wish I had tried it sooner.

This is by far the worst massage place I have ever been to, mind you i have worked in many spa’s before.. Where do I even begin… we get to our appointment and are being brought back for what we thought was a couples massage until we were placed in different rooms.. after questioning why we were in different rooms i was just being rushed to get undressed and get on the table. After getting on the table Li came in the room to start the massage, once she began she removed the top sheet and my whole back side was basically exposed.. when i say WHOLE BACK SIDE, i mean it literally.. not only was she answering phone calls my whole appointment scheduling people to come in she left the room multiple times LEAVING THE DOOR OPEN while I was laying on the table exposed.. i tried pulling the sheet up numerous times but it kept getting pulled down. Once I rolled over to my back side I could feel so much dirt sticking to my back from the sheet and all the oil that was on my back. The whole massage didnt have any pressure.. just simple rubbing in oil and lotion all over my body. And then we get to the hot stones (which to me was the only good 3 minutes of the what was supposed to be 90 minute service that was maybe 70 minutes ) my boyfriend left with burn marks on his back due to the hot stones… 10 minutes before the service ended a very RUDE gentleman came into the spa and Li again left the room in the middle of my service to go talk to this gentleman who didn't have an appointment and was walking in requesting a massage. This place is not sound proof at all and you can hear everything. Once we left to go pay my boyfriend took out his card to pay Li said “use cash “ and pointed to the cash in my boyfriends wallet i asked li what the total was she said “ $220 plus tip” i told her he doesn't have enough cash which is why he wants to pay with card, once he gave her the card she said how much for tip and he said $15 each.. which in my opinion is more than enough for the service we received. Li processed to tell him that he needed to tip $20 each, i told her absolutely not, we don't tip on the percentage of the total we tip on how good the service was and this service was HORRIBLE. After snatching the card from my boyfriends hand to pay and tossing the receipt paper at him to sign WE WILL NEVER AGAIN go to this place and we recommend you stay away as well.

I had been in town 10 days at a horse show when I decided I needed a massage. Found them online and decided to try. I was able to make a last-minute appointment and had the best massage ever. So good I went back the next afternoon for a second one. Definitely recommend Li's Massage Spa!!

Any other time I went I would have given this place a 5 star review but today I left with pain and upset. I am very particular about where I go to get massages and this place was one of very few I really liked because the woman who did the massage before was very good, methodical, and has a unique style that I like very much. Today I went and there was a new woman there and I got an hour massage and she must have spent at least a half hour of that using her elbows in the same spot on my back to the point where it hurt very much. I believe one reason for this is because she was not focused because she kept picking up her phone and I'm assuming texting. It's too bad because this was my favorite place before

Had a massage by Lisa and she was wonderful! I haven’t had a massage in years but I’ll be going back to her frequently now. The room is calming and very relaxing. The hot stones were a wonderful touch. They take walk ins but I suggest making an appointment.

Mimi was awesome! I was so glad they were open on a Sunday as I really needed some relief asap from hurting my back moving. I got the works in an hour. She was strong but I needed that. Hot stones, some pressure points and stretching. She even walked on my back a bit. It was an experience and fun. Got a gift certificate for a friends Xmas gift and I too will go back.
