Dr.Li has been working with me since March 2024 when I practically had to beg an ENT to see me in Jupiter Medical Center. He has been such a fantastic doctor to work with. He completed my tympanoplasty on 7/18/24, and so far I have had great success with it. I’m so pleased with his expertise and passion in this field of work. He takes his time with each patient and truly knows what he’s doing. I highly recommend him for any complex cases that require an ENT. I don’t recommend him for people with just routine needs like ear infections, etc. He is way beyond that level of expertise and therefore any good quality ENT can treat those issues. Definitely see Dr.Li if you have a history of ear problems, tinnitus, vertigo etc.

I needed ear surgery and I was told that only 2 surgeons in this area that do ear surgeries and I picked Dr. John Li and I am very happy I did because the surgery went so well, no pain, no problems at all. I am very happy and so thrilled that my hearing improved. I make sure that I tell as many people as possible how amazing Dr. John Li is, my husband and I call him Topgun Dr. because he flies fighter jet. I can tell that he loves what he does from the way he treats me as his patient and I can’t thank you enough.

The worst experience ever with a doctors office. The staff was rude and short, never saw a smile from any of them!! We waited for an hour to see the doctor and never saw him!! The office is outdated and the seats were dirty!! Unfortunate for such a doctor to have such a great reputation for everything from hearing to brain surgery and can’t have a better staff, a staff that acts like they enjoy their job, or especially concept of time. Dr Li maybe amazing but not worth waiting an hour or more for!!!

Needed Tympanoplasty in my Right ear after it had a large perforation from a bad ear infection. Dr. Li and his staff were amazing. Feel good as new after the surgery. Best Surgeon I've ever dealt with and would recommend him to anyone I know.

Dr. Li was able to diagnose my mother with an acoustic neuroma when she started to experience the debilitating effects of Bells palsy. Other doctors and specialists all just said that her palsy was a side effect of COVID and treated her with antibiotics to no avail. Not only did Dr. Li and his staff take the time to find and pinpoint the cause when no one else would, he arranged treatment and performed surgery that vastly improved her quality of life. I cannot say enough of Dr. Li his caring demeanor and his bedside manor after surgery. Through every step of her journey he (as well as his support staff-especially his surgery coordinator) was a consumate and caring professional. I would not hesitate to return for any issues he specializes in.
