First of all, I have no complaints about the doctor. As Dr. Li is truly great and professional. However, the front desk staff is another story. Their attitude is cold, and making an appointment feels nearly impossible. No matter what you ask or how you phrase it, their answer is always a dismissive 'no,' without any explanation or kindness. I even requested to be put on a cancellation list in case a spot opened up, but I was bluntly told 'no, we don't do that.' It's very frustrating dealing with such unhelpful and unfriendly staff. I would not return to this office unless they address their front desk management and customer service. It is just unfortunate, as Dr. Li deserves better representation.

Dr. Li and her office surpassed my expectations on every facet. To begin, we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist who took down our info and politely directed us to the seating area.

When we were called, our nurse was also very professional and welcoming, and after she took my vitals we waited for no more than 10 minutes before Dr. Li stepped into our room.

Truly, this was the best experience I've ever had with a pediatric primary care physician, or any doctor, really. Dr. Li was very kind and professional, and she listened to all of our questions with intent, as well as any concerns we had.

She was also very Covid safe, and wore an N95 with a surgical mask on top, and also a face shield which my mom appreciated very much.

Despite having a sense of humor, she also remained very professional and efficient at the same time.

Dr. Li took the time to review my lab results and one by one explained what each test was for, and what the result meant for my health. She didn't just speak in medical lingo, she spoke in terms anyone could understand, and if there was a more science-y term used, she took a moment to define what it meant before moving on.

Based on the symptoms I described, she also took the time to refine the exam process in order to focus on those categories.

Usually, with other doctors, the patient feels rushed as if they're just another appointment slot that needs to be pushed along. This was not the case. While everything was very efficient, it was also thorough and we felt cared for.

I would highly recommend Dr. Li to any pediatric patients in the area.

Amazing! Dr. Li is kind and amazingly thorough. She answered all my questions and reassured me about an issue I was really upset about.
The front office and the nurse were top notch. Lucky to have found them!

Keep in mind if you need an appointment you’ll need to make it at least half month ahead, and my kid’s appointment fell on a day that had a hurricane so the soonest rescheduled date was a month later and had another hurricane again, but ofc that’s not their fault. They sent a text saying they are making calls out for new appointments but I nvr got that call. I called in they said the appointment was changed ALREADY a month later. It’s not right to change a patient’s app without their consent, when I complaint about this the front desk and the manager only replied “ I don’t know what happened”. Besides all that my kid finally can get her shots, it’s been almost 2 months there is still dark hardened where the shot was. That nvr ever happened before with the old pediatrics we had. I don’t have insurance so we paid out of pocket before even seeing dr. Li, I still got a bill sent to me two times more the price I paid, I called in asking about what it’s for the customer service told me to call front desk, front desk told me to call customer service. Like only one visit and so many problems that is a huge red flag, I’m taking my kid somewhere else that has proper management. (2 stars is for Dr. Li, she is a really nice doc)
